What is MyLootRewards?+
MyLootRewards is a survey rewards platform where users can complete available surveys and, after verified completion, receive Loot Coins in their wallet.
How do I earn Loot Coins?+
Create an account, open an available survey, complete it through the survey provider, and wait for the provider to verify the conversion. Rewards are credited only after verified completion.
Are survey rewards guaranteed?+
No. Survey availability, qualification, completion time, and reward amounts can vary. A survey provider may also reject or reverse a conversion.
What happens if a completed survey is reversed?+
If the survey provider sends a valid reversal for a previously credited conversion, the corresponding reward can be reversed from the wallet.
When can I withdraw?+
The current minimum withdrawal threshold is ₹500. Withdrawal availability and processing can depend on the account, available balance, and the withdrawal method.
How can I contact support?+
Use the Contact Support button at the bottom of the site. It opens Gmail with the support address pre-filled.
I completed a survey but did not receive coins. What should I do?+
First allow time for the survey provider to verify the completion. If the reward still does not appear, contact support and include your account email and any transaction or survey reference you have. Never send your password or security credentials.
